REFUND POLICY

Sessions at Snipe Academy Training Center

Snipe Academy reserves the right to enforce a no cancellation policy within 48 hrs of your scheduled session. All cancellations 48 hrs or greater of your scheduled session will result in a credit being applied to your account that can be used towards a session at a later date.  

Sessions at Local Area Arenas

All cancellations greater than 2 weeks before the start of your scheduled session(s) are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 1-2 weeks prior to the start of your scheduled session(s) are eligible for a 50% refund in the form of an account credit that can be used toward a session at a later date. Any cancellations less than 1 week prior to the start of your scheduled session(s) will not be eligible for a refund (unless accompanied by a medical note).

No refunds will be issued for any private ice sessions that are booked, no exceptions.

Camps

All cancellations up to 3 week prior to the start of camp are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 2 - 3 weeks prior to the start of camp are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations between 1-2 weeks prior to the start of camp are eligible for a 25% refund. All cancellations less than 1 week prior to the start of camp will not be eligible for a refund (unless accompanied by a medical note).
